Xprofile Customer Insights

1. For anyone who doesn't know you can cancel any subscriptions you have through your play store settings.Bro the profile viewers list does NOT work.

2. One: I had it and it was verifiably picking random people, Two: I have seen evidence that people's dead friends showed up on the list, Three: it's not a feature of instagram API as far as I know.

3. After 2 days I decided I didn't use it enough so went to cancel my subscription.

4. My friends opened my Instagram profile in front of me, and I didn't get notified that someone viewed my profile.

5. Guaranteed refund is shady!! I wanted to try the gold version of the app and it turns out it wasn't for me, so upon contacting support the "text" won't send.

6. But it is completely a fraud, I tested by using my friends profile and it never showed up from the list.

7. I tried contacting support, but their support chat system seems bogus as it keeps giving me an error whenever I try to send a chat to them.I truly loved this app.

8. If you really want the features as advertised then treat this app as $5 and not free.The profile viewer is the only thing I can't get for free from Instagram.

9. I refreshed this app many times, but it still didn't show up in the profile viewers' list.

10. Sure, the app is good for seeing people who unfollowed you, but the viewers feature is plain lying.

11. Not happy at all ☹ If there was a way to sort out the subscription issue I'm sure it would be a great app but I've had a very bad experience with it, costing me $50.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Xprofile Issues

1. Fix Xprofile Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Xprofile: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Xprofile App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Xprofile" » Open Xprofile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Xprofile » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Xprofile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Xprofile servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Xprofile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Xprofile app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Xprofile might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Xprofile. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Xprofile then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Xprofile not working


2. Fix Xprofile Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Xprofile be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Xprofile not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Xprofile may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I want to help my friend because on JULY 16 he CANCELED his subscription to Xprofile and today 16 of september the xprofile took 31€. Are you serious now?? He doesnt even have the app. And we have the email that he CANCELED back in JULY. He wants his money back. His email is tahaomonoia9@redacted

  • Hello, I downloaded the xProfile application in May, I paid a yearly subscription and I had a bug yesterday. I deleted the application to redownload it, when I try AppStore tells me that the application is not available in my country (I live in France). I would like the application to work, or to be reimbursed.

    I have been trying to contact you for several days. Even after day one, I noticed that the app did not work as it should. I could not unfollow anyone. That's why I want to start using your app. But it does not work. I wrote to your support in the app but never get an answer. I want a refund and cancel the premnation.

    Now (after 2 month) I am using a new mobile phone and obviously you want me to pay once again.

    This is your subscriber in xprofil application I registered 2 times on the plan of 1year 2400. So, 2times my payment was not done. So next time i tried 1month plan (i.e.,)430 plan it's done perfectly now it is running.

    So now in my account it is showing 2 times 2400(i.e.,)4800 debited to your account. I want to cancel the 2times of 2400 plan subscription. So please check this and add my money back to my account.
