1. Sent this email to every address I could find with no response can't believe that the overall rating is as high as it is I got absolutely nothing advertised for my 4.99. Was in a hurry and didn't read but a couple of reviews as I did later and discovered many other with the same results as IReally helped me set up my Directv satellite dish at our RV Park.

2. There are free apps on google play which do a better job, for free...! Update: after one month still no repy from developers, thus.....do not buy this app ! Please add true North declination based on geographical area (gps data)I'm a satellite internet installer and this app helps a lot.

3. This app, especially with the VR viewer, showed me that those settings were way off for some reason and I got a signal within minutes! I didn't even need the actual numbers for finding it as I had a cheap signal finder hooked up and I just moved the dish in the area that I could see on the screen.

1. Fix Satellite Pointer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Satellite Pointer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Satellite Pointer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Satellite Pointer" » Open Satellite Pointer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Satellite Pointer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Satellite Pointer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Satellite Pointer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Satellite Pointer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Satellite Pointer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Satellite Pointer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Satellite Pointer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Satellite Pointer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Satellite Pointer not working

2. Fix Satellite Pointer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Satellite Pointer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Satellite Pointer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Satellite Pointer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
