1. But the rating for that particular driver still hasn't changed.Very disappointed! I wanted to order a taxi for my friend from the airport to the train station but since I was already like 40-50km or so away from the place, the app didn't allow me to order it! My friend doesn't speak the native language and he barely managed to get to the station! I use the app almost daily and that's why we planned it that way, I was not expecting it to happen that way... I really hope they change it!App is incredibly buggy.

2. In case of a lost phone they advise to log in from another device to get in touch with the driver BUT to log in you need to type a verification code sent via text message to the lost phone, so it's a catch 22 and doesn't work.

3. Hard to choose exact address.Worst customer experience ever! No customer support, no contact number, no chat, no way to get in touch with them quickly in case of an emergency, such as lost property in a taxi.

4. Great survice!Drivers should be required to follow the navigation of the app & to pick up & drop off people at the exact location at fixed price - which they NEVER do.

5. Each time, drivers take a detour!! & drive in a circle, then act stupid! App doesn't notice at all, if drop off is somewhere else!! or after back & forth.

6. Crashes and doesn't work, ended up having to just flag cabs on the road the entire time I was thereYeah, this app is borderline useless.

7. But it often just doesn't load from the initial screen or won't progress from any point in the app after ordering a ride.

8. First time it wouldn't let me submit my rating as it would just not progress, and 2nd, it wouldn't let me cancel.

9. Adding GPay - adding GPay functionality would have way more people trust the app with digital card payments.

10. Other than that the taxis Arive pretty fast and all the drivers so far were Quiet and kind.

11. Deleting this app again, only calls normal (super corrupt eastern European gangster) taxis.

1. Fix TaxiMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TaxiMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TaxiMe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TaxiMe" » Open TaxiMe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TaxiMe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TaxiMe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TaxiMe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TaxiMe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TaxiMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TaxiMe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TaxiMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TaxiMe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TaxiMe not working

2. Fix TaxiMe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TaxiMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TaxiMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TaxiMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
