1. Someone from the app called me and said they only cover London, something I would have liked to have known when I booked! I was also told that the driver who took the booking doesn't drive any more.

2. Great app, much better than Gett because it doesn't take a £1.50 surcharge for each booking, and it also doesn't do surge pricing - I've sometimes been charged an extra £6 (ON TOP OF the usual booking fee!!) for a rush-hour booking in Central London.

3. I would have understand the cancellation notification if I have got a couple of hours before the end of a shift, heck I would be even more grateful if they rejected the booking 'the coverage does not go to your area', but it was five minutes before the designated time.

4. No ETA, no ability to change destination or add stops, no ability to share journey.Twice now in succession pre-booked trips which were allocated 2 days before have been cancelled JUST ONE MINUTE before the booking.

5. Was particularly impressed as it was very early in the morning but job booked quickly and driver was with us in less than 10 minutes even though our location is not easy to find.

6. They cannot walk, I got cancelled at 8.00 this morning and reebook at 8.20. Still I have no driver it's 11.11 and I need a taxi.

7. But I might pay more but at least if I go with getting I will get a taxi.Downloaded this app and picked up in Central London within 2 minutes.

8. Good thing it wasn't for a long journey.Prebooking a cab resulted in getting a cancellation message 5 minutes before my journey.

9. Apparently the other apps take too much commission and takes private hire (mini cabs) whereas Taxiapp is for those iconic cabs you see in London.

10. It's not as slick as Gett, but it doesn't rip me off and it doesn't rip the driver offPerfect.

11. Need to enforce a standard of service as the app is useless if drivers don't turn up.Not been on app long and only used a couple of times.
