1. Finally cancelled and I'll deleteIt doesn't work on bmpcc 4k with the lastest camera firmware 7.9.1 It's getting stuck on "Syncing camera state"A free app to control the BMPCC 4K and it's well designed.

2. A camera control should not need the location, if it is added, then the app is not trusted.Apart from the iso and he record button.. nothing works..they havent been keeping up with the blackmagic updates i guess.I couldn't get it to install.

3. Too bad since the remote focus is the only feature I needInstalled and paired to my camera but sadly it didn't work for me using samasung galaxy s10e w bmpcc4k.

1. Fix My Camera Controller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Camera Controller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Camera Controller App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Camera Controller" » Open My Camera Controller » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Camera Controller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Camera Controller app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Camera Controller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Camera Controller" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Camera Controller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Camera Controller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Camera Controller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Camera Controller then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Camera Controller not working

2. Fix My Camera Controller Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Camera Controller be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Camera Controller not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Camera Controller may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
