DONTBUY!I'd give it a zero if i could, i look girly i am clearly a girl yet it keeps giving me guys the app is totally NOT accurate and ever time i try to get a picture from gallery it goes 2 exceptions occured like what is that about?! The developer shouldn't make an app like this unless they do it right and if they add an option of taking an image from gallery or using your camera at least make sure they both work or it'll just be forcing us to one option 🙄CONSTANTLY plays long video ads, even when you do nothing.

2. This app may surprise you!! After trying multiple photos, I was SHOCKED to discover that my 10 yr old son apparently looks just like several different supermodels! 🤔 I certainly can't deny that he's the most BEAUTIFUL child on the face of the earth, yet I don't recall a single instance when someone mistook him for an adult female in passing.

3. I did so for my kids to have fun with it for a week but when I tried to cancel it it wouldn't let me cancel.Really, DON'T GET THIS APP.. here why: 1.You get the first two pictures, then the third one you have to watch an add, and for me, it didn't even load, so I backed out and tried again.

4. It needs major improvements, especially with face accuracy comparisons.This app continuously will steal your money making it next to impossible to cancel the subscription nor get your refund.

5. What is the point of an app that only works once? There might have been some hidden option to run another pic, but with ads constantly launching, I wasn't going to waste my time hunting.

6. Why make the app free when you cant do anything with it without paying?More Red Flags than China! 🇨🇳🇨🇳🇨🇳 Do not download! When an app asks you to rate it on the very first launch, uninstall.

7. On the 4th attempt it suddenly finds a 90%+ match but you need to subscribe to see it.First off, it asks you to rate the app before you can even try it.

8. When I did try again, all it showed me was the picture from before even if I took a picture of someone else! 2.It also has an add after EVRY SINGLE PICTURE 3.Just don't waist your time and don't buy it.

9. I had it for 2 minutes, and only got two pictures with more adds then I spent time playing, and deleted.

10. I have tried multiple times since July to cancel the subscription.

11. I'll reinstall when you improve design, accuracy and remove some ads.Look, honestly, I had hoped for a accurate app, but it literally has only compared me to people who look nothing at all like me.

1. Fix Celebs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Celebs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Celebs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Celebs" » Open Celebs - Celebrity Look Alike » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Celebs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Celebs - Celebrity Look Alike app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Celebs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Celebs - Celebrity Look Alike" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Celebs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Celebs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Celebs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Celebs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Celebs not working

2. Fix Celebs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Celebs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Celebs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Celebs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
