Why should I report an Issue with iContacts?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I have 800 contacts and nothing happened... disappointed.Sign out of 2-factor sign in on your iPhone.. I'm having difficulty signing out.. I will update 3 star review to 5 when I can figure it out.Well i don't think this app is great because i can't even log in to my iCloud account it's just like a normal contact appDoes not work! Logged in and it just hangs without any signs.

2. I reloaded the app numerous times only to find it is a just another phony app that claims to do a simple task but doesn't follow through.Shows that is has created the new contacts in my iCloud Account, but does not push the contacts back up to iCloud so they never show on my Apple Devices.

3. No luck.low cost easy to use auto sync contacts I like it and recomend its use (pay to remove ads cost little over a dollar totally worth it)didn't work and gave me only a blank screen.

4. Seems like this should be an easy fix to make this software operation like it is advertised, but still broken.like my work is heavy and hard to focus, but you make it easy to bring a couple ôf task together.

5. I followed the instructions which seemed simlple enough, but once I had successfully signed in, the list of contacts still remained blank.

6. Download -> generate App specific pass word -> log in -> wait -> No sync, delete, repeat.

7. Honestly, I"m new User of this app and I want to express my sincere Appreciation to the Developers: " PLEASE SIR / MA, THIS APP JUST SAVED ANOTHER LIFE".

1. Fix iContacts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iContacts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iContacts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iContacts" » Open iContacts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iContacts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iContacts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iContacts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iContacts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iContacts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iContacts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iContacts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iContacts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iContacts not working

2. Fix iContacts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iContacts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iContacts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iContacts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
