1. Customer service was difficult for me to get ahold of to fix a bug I had for a month, but once we talked it out over E-mail it worked! PRO-TIP: If you are getting a "Oh-Oh! Unable to Place Order" error message, try re-entering your home address! It resets the store location, which sounds like was my issue, as the location selected was not avialable for delivery for some reason.

2. I had e-gift cards and took me forever to input them b/c apparently you need to add spaces after every 4th number! It wasn't like it gave me an example! Also, during check out when using a gift card and credit card, it's confusing because the summary doesn't show any subtractions, so it looks like you made full payment with credit card.

3. App itself is a little clumsy to navigate, but the rewards system is awesome and competitive with alternative ordering.The app worked well for a while other than a few glitches, but today it won't let me log in, reset my password, place an order, or do anything other than look at the menu.

4. When that order went through, however, it showed that I had been charged twice for the same order and couldn't cancel it.I love Taco Bell and I order delivery on this app probably once a week if not more.
