I would just skip the app and call them because your life will be easier.Not sure you can even claim this is an app anymore...complete dumpster fire since the new update; most would-be functions just error out; the link to give them feedback via the app goes to a page that doesn't exist; and the payment feature doesn't work anymore even though the app is still showing the correct credit card information.
2. So if you Credit Card expired, you have to wait until you want to order to update the information.
3. I 'm ordering for two people, so if one of the sandwiches is free, you get an error that says your order does not meet the minimum amount for delivery.
4. I need it delivered, I can't go pick up, so I have to order stuff I don't want to reach the minimum delivery price.This company has had trouble with their app for some time now.
5. I made a phone app order and the gift card wit through flawlessly.
6. over to folks who have no experience.Required a password reset, but password can only be reset in a browser that allows third-party cookies, which took me four failed resets to figure out.
7. I wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to navigate through crashes only for it to not accept payment at the end of my order.
8. First, adding a credit card was difficult because the button to add was too low, and barely visible on the screen.
9. It didn't work all that great before the update, but they seem to have turned either the coding or the overall project mgmt.
10. I cannot even sign into the app... I cannot count on my hands and feet how many times I have tried to reset, only to be told after my PW was reset, that it was wrong.
11. I put in 2 cards for payment and it would automatically scroll up to where the add card tab is as if I didn't enter my card.
