Why should I report an Issue with Creative Everywhere?

1. If there's one thing I suggest it is to improve the design of the app to make it more engaging and funNot st all ahat you'd expect... But yeah i guess u get simply exactly what u see in the photos... Simple clasical story telling training not so much working on crestivity nor a game or anything like that....Just installed the app it is a blessing to improve creative thinking! 2. If the app is closed before completing the exercise....it is lost! Restarting the app does not give you the option to continue.Some great creative exerxises! However, some are a little repetitive.

3. Plus the points you write in scratch pad are lost and there is no option of saving it.This app is amazing.

4. Definitely gives me many creative ideas and im sure with regular practice id be able to be more creative.

5. First it is not accessible; the scratchpad text is so small! Smaller than the exercise text.

6. An annoying streak banner is displayed after completing an excerise.

7. These are of no use, they cannot be recalled as stats and are just a waste.

8. At least give an option to turn them off.

1. Fix Creative Everywhere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Creative Everywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Creative Everywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Creative Everywhere" » Open Creative Everywhere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Creative Everywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Creative Everywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Creative Everywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Creative Everywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Creative Everywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Creative Everywhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Creative Everywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Creative Everywhere then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Creative Everywhere not working

2. Fix Creative Everywhere Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Creative Everywhere be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Creative Everywhere not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Creative Everywhere may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
