1. GBP for UK customers was removed, exchange was removed and I am still waitibg to be able to withdraw my money, the customer service and technical team haven't got a clue and the system needs a complete overhaul as so many features lack functionality & letting what was potentially a good wallet down.
2. Switching to a competitor (that does btw have SEPA transfers already!).only use if you want to immediately regret it and like hearing the phrase "forwarding to the tech team" numerous times if there's ever an issue (and still being left unresolved).
3. Feels like its still in alpha, everytime I log in it auto emails me that my account is being verified but nothing happens and tech support doesn't respond to you.
4. its like every other piece of the binance/swipe/venus ecosystem will get updates, but the swipe app/card functionality is left to fend for itself.ID Verification and responding to issues apparently are both too complicated for these folks.
5. This app COULD be brilliant Looks sleek, great functionality, the Swipe debit card is a game changer.
6. Then, I can't buy cryptos anymore, support says the tech team will fix it and then you don't receive any kind of communication from support or tech team or anyone.
7. By far, worst customer support ever! UPDATE (v 1.519): The bug was removed, now the "Buy" button does nothing at all.
8. Edit: now fiat currencies have disappeared... so i cannot buy nor sell anything! Totally useless and buggy app... slow and useless (recurring theme?) support.
9. Crypto purchase functionality is patchy, doesn't always work.
10. I've reached out to customer support over a week ago but as of today they haven't been able to help.
11. I wanted to stake for a swipe card but if this is how they run their business maybe its a sign.App works to an extent, but needs a lot of things ironing out.
