1. GBP for UK customers was removed, exchange was removed and I am still waitibg to be able to withdraw my money, the customer service and technical team haven't got a clue and the system needs a complete overhaul as so many features lack functionality & letting what was potentially a good wallet down.

8. Edit: now fiat currencies have disappeared... so i cannot buy nor sell anything! Totally useless and buggy app... slow and useless (recurring theme?) support.

9. Crypto purchase functionality is patchy, doesn't always work.

10. I've reached out to customer support over a week ago but as of today they haven't been able to help.

11. I wanted to stake for a swipe card but if this is how they run their business maybe its a sign.App works to an extent, but needs a lot of things ironing out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Swipe Wallet Issues

1. Fix Swipe Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Swipe Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Swipe Wallet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swipe Wallet" » Open Swipe Wallet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swipe Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Swipe Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swipe Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swipe Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Swipe Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swipe Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Swipe Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swipe Wallet then reinstall.
