1. Thank you!!Bought this app last April while going through some stuff! It was brilliant and inspired me to seek professional help! Unfortunately, after returning to the app this week, recent updates have caused the meditation and reflection options to stop working.
2. However, I do feel significant relief from stress and anxiety by following the journal.Amazing. I wanted a reflections and meditation app in one and this provides exactly what I need in a calming diary layout and more.
3. Also, that's nice that I can upload my photos to enrich every daily storyI've tried a million journal apps, diary apps, self help, etc but I really like this one.

I think that's it would be nice for the free version to have a little more access to the reflections and guided bits, solely based on the idea that most "normal" people can't really afford an extra bill on top of what they already have, in my opinion and from seeing what I see in my life, but it's cool I guess.
5. The free app has enough content for now and the lifetime priace is also not bad if I want to upgrade in the future.I'm desperate for an app like this! I neverrrrr use free trials bc I frequently forget to unsubscribe in time and overdraft my account, causing a lot of damage financially.
6. I personally would love to be able to do more with this app, i just don't have the extra money laying around for it.Best journal for mental health.
7. And being able to customize my own emotions and activities is a huge benefit to making the journal entries feel like something I have full ownership over.
8. All in all, I love the colors design setup, everything! I wish there was a way to change story names cause 2 days ig the name didn't register but it just says null there.
9. It's a nice thing that meditations and journal are combined in one and bring value to my mindfulness journey.
10. The vibe seems fun to me and not a chore like some other journal apps I've tried.
