1. I do wish I could set large goals and break them down into smaller tasks easier in the app, but overall very good tool to keep focused!I like the graphics and the simplicity, but after spending all the time seeing up my tasks and to-dos, the next morning all my data was erased from the app, my progress, my name, my lists, everything.

2. This morning, there was an alert to the tune of "time to plan your day!" I clicked on it, and when the app opened, all the pages just say "Something of NAME" at the top - all my data seems to have been wiped, or is unable to load or something.

3. Also, sometimes the app gives me a notification that I have overdue tasks when I don't.I really do like the app! It's very easy to use and I am particularly fond of one of the avatar characters being a skeleton.

4. There are no negative consequences for something being overdue, and loot doesn't do anything besides fill up a completion list.

5. The BGM and SFX don't work at all.Very helpful and satisfying! I just put all of my to do stuff in, then blow it up with my avatar when I've accomplished the tasks.

6. And it's just completely broken from there with the only way to re-setup your character and any to-do items you can remember being to completely uninstall and reinstall the app first.

7. Nothing wrong with giving folks options and this will improve user experience.I've looked all over for a life gamification app that has the features I actually want and is easy to use.

10. They're hasn't been an update since Dec 2014, so it's probably not getting fixed :(Getting points and unlocking items is a decent motivator.

1. Fix EpicWin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EpicWin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EpicWin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EpicWin" » Open EpicWin - RPG style to-do list » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EpicWin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EpicWin - RPG style to-do list app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EpicWin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EpicWin - RPG style to-do list" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EpicWin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EpicWin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EpicWin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EpicWin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EpicWin not working

2. Fix EpicWin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EpicWin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EpicWin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EpicWin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
