1. When i subscribed to the package i didn't know the live classes weren't included ,so paying just for preuploaded videos half of which aren't loading??? isn't really worth it ,you can rather go to youtube instead.Fraud application when I brought subscribe and pay 999 they told me that they completed this course within timeline but the 31.03.2023 are near to complete but they don't give me reply or refund for the same.Worst experience, no option of downloading notes.

2. Why there isn't option for OTP login after receiving OTP?? I tried log in with Truecaller, Login with phone number and Login with Email but no success.. No response from you so i decide to Uninstall the app.This app is not working since day 1.

3. I'm a 10th grader, but some of its chapter's explaination or pdfs (like, statistics and surface area and volume)are from 9th grade syllabus and they're causing a lot of problems for the preparation for my boards.

4. Shows invalid when calling.I like this App for various standard MCQ questions and answers, but Iam not finding any option to print questions or download in PDF or sharing PDF.

5. The videos that have already been uploaded are really good and you'll get a clear idea of the topics aswell.

6. While viewing explanation of any question in sample papers section, ther is no option of going back to the same paper.

7. If u work on above two problems then it is worth to keep it phone otherwise no use of studying wrong content.

1. Fix Studyadda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Studyadda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Studyadda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Studyadda" » Open Studyadda - The Study App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Studyadda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Studyadda - The Study App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Studyadda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Studyadda - The Study App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Studyadda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Studyadda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Studyadda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Studyadda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Studyadda not working

2. Fix Studyadda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Studyadda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Studyadda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Studyadda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
