1. i have been working on trying to tailor this site to my needs for over 4 hours and I keep having to log out and log back in do that the parts of the screen will show the 'manage settings' template...i want to pull my freaking hair out it is so frustrating!!! i want my money back.Overall the strikingly app and platform is okay.

2. My only problem ,when I upload (trying) my art work ,photos etc ....for only a few photos it's perfect than just keep loading and obviously without restart your device you can not do anything?! I have uploaded 10 photos in an HR than freeze-restartI just installed this app today and decided to create my website.

9. You cant change templates, there are only about 30 template background images to choose from and about 10 website templates to choose from.

1. Fix Strikingly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Strikingly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Strikingly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Strikingly" » Open Strikingly - Build Websites fr » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Strikingly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Strikingly - Build Websites fr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Strikingly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Strikingly - Build Websites fr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Strikingly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Strikingly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Strikingly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Strikingly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Strikingly not working

2. Fix Strikingly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Strikingly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Strikingly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Strikingly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
