1. This problem has occurred numerous times in different areas of the country, so can't blame it on wifi or phone service.
2. I was locked out after it updated to work with my phone, I called customer service and they got it to work.
3. Customer service isn't helpful - they tell me to do things I've already done (cache, cookies, uninstall/reinstall, password reset) and then claim that they can't detect any problem.
4. It just says "Error: Failed." I called the helpline with the number that they recommended, went through the whole rigamarole with "Britney" because she couldn't even locate my account at first, just for her to say "oh I'm sorry, it looks like I can't help you with this issue." WOW.
5. I currently have a One Plus 6 phone.This app is frustrating I always have trouble with the fingerprint sign in, it will work once or twice then nothing & the check depositor.
6. Cannot deposit checks, keeps telling the amount detected on the check does not match the amount entered (which is obviously not true).
7. Also very low in functionality, poor design, cannot set up a pin like other bank apps do, have to enter password every time, which eventually forces you to start using weak password.
8. Upgraded my phone and now it doesn't work.
9. The teller at the bank suggested it was a phone issue.
10. On the web I get http error 500, which suggests there is some problem.NO STARS! Won't allow me to log in or enroll when I already have an account with Webster.
11. If you get a new Android phone with a newer OS, this App might not work.
