CE5 Contact Customer Insights

1. Can you please allow for us to download all of the audio/video/photos within the app onto our local device so that we don't require an internet connection or have to compete with busy servers? Thank you for your consideration with this & thanks for this app! :)Many of us research in remote areas that do not have cell coverage much less 3G+.

2. Will update to a higher rating once the app works in offline mode.I love the app however your servers must need more compute or bandwidth, as I can't play any of the tracks without waiting a very long time to buffer the audio.

3. I played the tones that worked before going to sleep and then had a series of profound lucid dreams and hypnagogic visions that reminded me of fundamental aspects of reality that had been slipping away recently.

4. If you're taking seriously everything that this is about, it would be silly to be worried about making your location visible on the app, or worrying about immediate functionality, as the connection needed is much more human and fundamental.

5. Would be cool to have a message board like feature where you can communicate with your network w/out having to message people individually like a creeper.

6. Myself and a fellow researcher, drove several miles to find a signal, played the tones via the app, recorded them on a digital recorder and then returned to our remote site.

7. I was recently conducting a CE5 session in a rugged isolated area and to my disappointment discovered that I could not access the app functions or tones without 3G connection.

8. People aren't receiving my messages & when people contact me, it shows there are new messages but it doesn't show the new messages.

9. At first I was disappointed with the content as it seemed a little entry-level after being compelled by other studies of the work by Sirius Discloser.

10. Would it be possible to remove your location when you are not using that feature? Or change it to a nearby location instead? Other than that, I have no complaints.

11. Be sure to disable your location sharing in the app permissions on your phone if you don't want total strangers to know where you are right now, or logout.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CE5 Contact Issues

1. Fix CE5 Contact Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CE5 Contact: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CE5 Contact App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CE5 Contact" » Open CE5 Contact » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CE5 Contact » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CE5 Contact app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CE5 Contact servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CE5 Contact" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CE5 Contact app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CE5 Contact might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CE5 Contact. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CE5 Contact then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CE5 Contact not working


2. Fix CE5 Contact Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CE5 Contact be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CE5 Contact not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CE5 Contact may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
