1. They are overpriced and have horrible customer service. Most of the apps in the "app store " were originally for the customers in which purchased either a computer or a phone, in which this case is Sprint.
2. Considering the money Sprint makes their customers pay each month for services rendered AND the phone itself, having bloatware forcefully installed on the phone is not agreeable.
3. Like someone trying to use a Sprint app on a phone provided by Cricket.Aloha. Please tell me how I can uninstall and remove the Sprint apps from my phone.
4. I have a different service provider (Cricket) and everyday I have to continually (2-4x) daily, go into my settings, directly to the Sprint Apps and Force Stop and Uninstall updates.
5. Sprint please patch the app, allow me to delete the app, or disable the app and all its properties.LG LS775, Nougat 7.0. Why am I being asked to update what will be obsolete in a few months? Sprint was swallowed up by T-Mobile and will be shutting down their towers by the end of March, rendering all SIM cards on their devices as garbage.
6. Not once have I missed a monthly payment and it started as prepaid so had to pay to start the service, after two bill increases I bought a new phone and tries cancel.
7. I do not appreciate having pre-installed apps that I can't get rid of on my phone, particularly when it is bundled into a major update that's necessary for the phone to function properly.
8. MY CONSENT NEVER GIVEN.When uninstalled Sprint Spot Call Logs Lost And Synchronisation Difficulty ... So it does a lot more than you think.
9. Si, just a little heads up, it's not that these apps are bad, or don't work properly, as in some cases they do not, rather most of the time is is a conflict of interest between service providers that the apps don't work properly.
10. They held my service over my head and denied that I was ever prepaid and if I didn't pay $95 for final month it would stay on and keep charging me.
11. There is no option to completely remove this app from Google Play or from mySprint Spot allows me to subscribe & pay for more usless bloatware, TV and Movie packages.
