Why should I report an Issue with BanlanX?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of spledapps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. there is no segment color option or custom animation available for sp621eI can't say if the app is the problem or the lights are the problem but the second I started using the app, the lights became fairly non-functional, with me being unable to select a solid color ever again.This app won't connect to my lights anymore.

2. Maybe add custom mode maker where we can choose which strip produces color not just front half and back half.No way to connect it to Google Home even though it shows up on the possible links list.

3. For lights reacting to music, there is option to choose phone mic, build in mic, but no option to connect it to computer or other device.

4. If this is your first Neopixel controller it will keep your attention for ten minutes, but really you're better off saving the space on your phone and using the remote.audio can only be thru it's own media player🤦 ♂️ (if youre not using mic on your phone or mic on the lights).

5. Has fire, but the white is sooooo bright, to have the function one step further, and be able to dim just the white or swap it to a different color.Not bad but....I have to open it twice everytime.

6. Allows solid color selection, selecting presets, dimming, and a mediocre light organ effect.

7. Sometimes I gotta close it out and turn the switch to the lights on and off and then restart the app and all is good.

8. No way to connect it to Google Home even though it shows up on the possible links list.

9. You'll need a separate smart switch to use voice commands to turn it on and off.Can't control rgbww.

10. The media player is too basic to skip around in a song, doesn't seem to have a skip 15 seconds forward/back.

11. So I clicked on the "FAQ & Help" and it came up as an error... fix the app please..Technically the app works, but the broken Home/Alexa integration severely limits the usefulness of this app.

1. Fix BanlanX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BanlanX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BanlanX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BanlanX" » Open BanlanX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BanlanX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BanlanX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BanlanX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BanlanX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BanlanX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BanlanX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BanlanX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BanlanX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BanlanX not working

2. Fix BanlanX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BanlanX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BanlanX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BanlanX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
