1. The most important thing to learn is patience when the market is crazy! And don't forget to fill out "memo" with Stellar! I have learned by my own mistakes!Maybe the app itself is okay, but I refuse to play the game of their verification process just to get a debit card in order to earn only 0.5% more than I do now with Capital One.

1. Fix Spend App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spend App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spend App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spend App" » Open Spend App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spend App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spend App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spend App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spend App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spend App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spend App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spend App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spend App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spend App not working

2. Fix Spend App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spend App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spend App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spend App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
