Why should I report an Issue with Speedify?

1. Make those 10.0.0.1 and 192.168.0.1 addresses work and any other internal ranges people can set up.Absolutely the best VPN! I was hesitant to use a VPN because they've always been slow, complicated and an eye soar! But not with Speedify! I actually use Speedify to make my internet connection faster by combining both my cellular data and Wi-Fi when available making it fast and reliable, so far I've had no problems with the service I absolutely love it! Keep it up guys, you've gotten a happy camper here!Don't really have any complaints - turned on to this by a friend who worked on it for a time, and haven't had an (unresolvable) issue since.

Feature request I have: have the bypass list include apps on my phone - financial programs and also CVS won't let me use the apps while connected to a VPN.Even with this update I have compared it several times and according to what I've seen from stream mode to speed mode and turning everything off for speedily in general, it slows my device's connection down a bit and does nothing to improve it.

3. What makes it unique and the reason most people would buy it is the channel bonding which allows you to combine multiple service plans (I believe up to three) (wifi, phone data and another ISP plan) in any combination of ways and have a VPN with it.

4. It's a must have if you love your music as much as I do! Also, the price is right!I started using this VPN because it offered the least impact on my available internet connection speed.

5. How do I know my data is secure? If Speedify fixes this and adds an app filter across all platforms, and maybe even some firewall features with logging, I would rate it 10 stars, and buy the app right away.Speedify is a great app.

6. Torrent friendly servers, fastest servers, you can pick your own.Edit: Not sure if app needed time to load or something but it does appear to work now.

7. The connection rating system they've employed is seemingly very effective in directing how much of & what data goes across which connection.

8. Really disappointing but I'm not going to waste more time on this and just find another app that does the same thing and actually works.This might have been the perfect VPN.

1. Fix Speedify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Speedify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Speedify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Speedify" » Open Speedify » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Speedify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Speedify app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Speedify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Speedify" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Speedify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Speedify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Speedify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Speedify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Speedify not working

2. Fix Speedify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Speedify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Speedify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Speedify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
