Why should I report an Issue with AdClean for browsers?

1. It's got one job to do and by the looks of it it's doing it's job 👌 Shocked though this was one of the only ad/ tracking blocker that was an add-on for common mobile browsers, all the rest seem to be private browsers with these extra functions.I've had issues w/ Chrome ads becoming unbearable intrusive to the point where performance was seriously lagging & I moved onto Mozilla Firefox Focus.

2. (The Google News app had too many ads, so I uninstalled it for my own sanity.) This app has solved all of my problems w/ Chrome & I can read news w/ minimal ads & browse sites w/o my browser freezing or needing to be closed.I love this ad blocker app ( free version).

3. Uninstalled and am searching for something that works.This is 👍 Chrome these days is the fastest out of many browsers I've tried and this ad blocker is the icing on the cake.

4. I have it installed on my 2 phones and 3 tablets.Used to be pretty good, not any more - recently I've been having issues where no websites will load at all on either Firefox or Chrome until I disable and re-enable adshield.

5. This blocks more ads than some of the other dedicated browsers I've used, but I constantly have to disconnect and reconnect when I change networks (walk between access points, am out of access of wifi and have to use mobile, etc).

1. Fix AdClean Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AdClean: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AdClean App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AdClean" » Open AdClean for browsers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AdClean » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AdClean for browsers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AdClean servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AdClean for browsers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AdClean app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AdClean might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AdClean. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AdClean then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AdClean not working

2. Fix AdClean Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AdClean be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AdClean not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AdClean may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
