Why should I report an Issue with AppLock - Fingerprint?

1. After going through almost a dozen apps, this one is what I need...no subscription to pay every month, no horrid ads over content, no loophole, the biggest problem of all, a loophole work-around that still let me open the locked app, clean interface...it does take a little time to set everything just right, but if it were too easy to set up, it would have too many bugs, and that is based on the super easy apps I tried that had a work-around to deafeat the block....all-around great app..This used to be truly amazing now it has 2 major problems.

2. I got it for the "Remote Control" feature which lets you send a predefined SMS-Text to your phone to Lock your preselected Apps and you can also send another Text to unlock it.

1. Fix AppLock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AppLock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AppLock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AppLock" » Open AppLock - Fingerprint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AppLock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AppLock - Fingerprint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AppLock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AppLock - Fingerprint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AppLock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AppLock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AppLock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AppLock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AppLock not working

2. Fix AppLock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AppLock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AppLock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AppLock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
