1. Haven't had any glitches so far, but I always request paper tickets and this option needs to be available because it's easier for so many of us as customers :)One of the most awful and infuriating apps I've used as of late - you should not have to wait 15 minutes to LOAD a purchase screen then have it load indefinitely on the final screen for nothing to ever happen, then suddenly charge you for 2 tickets and give you none!Disgraceful app that is semi functional at best , let's be honest, use Trainline for actual times and stops and searches and this app is o ly for the smart card.

This quick change would be super helpful, and I'd give a 5 star review happily.It is WAYYY too slow and when you go to pay, it shows an error and sends you back a step so you go to pay again and it works (after about 10 minutes of waiting) and to your surprise, it bought the other ticket as well and now you have payed for 2 tickets and will only be using 1.

3. But then the smart card only works half the time with the need to restart or reinstall the app to load tickets on after selecting the delivery method.

4. I'm so annoyed by this stupid app, just let me print a ticket or give me a barcode! Smart card feature doesn't work it never loads onto my card.

5. Poor.Poor experience and zero support from the Devs/SWR! Adding a ticket to your smart card has been broken for over a year.

6. After entering card details to pay the app crashed and I ended up paying for a ticket I couldn't use and had to buy another one at the station.

7. On a positive note, it integrates with Google Wallet/Pay -- when it works...Pretty good app for buying tickets quickly and easily, as long as you're not going far and so splitting isn't relevant.

8. Unreliable (one never knows when it has technical issues in booking a ticket or retrieving one -- and it happens a lot).

9. However annoyingly the app doesn't add the outward and return part of tickets to Google wallet separately, which would be a major improvement.

10. There is nothing good about this app, except that its easier to use (not quicker) than the ticket machinesI love the app, it's really easy to use this far and I can understand what I need to do.

11. Just now i had to use my oyster card as well so i didn't miss my train and I won't be able to tap out the other end due to where I'm going.
