Why should I report an Issue with Sounter: Fun Language Learning?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Sounter Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Only con's would be 1) the streak feature (reminds me of Duolingo - enough said 🙃😒...), 2) not being able to edit app errors in the translation match exercises, 3) the exercises aren't seemless and need to be tweaked to work, and 4) 600+ of my favorite Turkish songs weren't in the half a million supposedly on the app - please fix that! Keep expanding songs and tweak the translation work and that will prove things.Perfect! But my country language is not here, no problem I enjoyed both of singing and learning English.

2. So how do singing with my own voices.This app is very good, it helped me a lot with languages, I recommend it :)Such a large selection of Spanish songs!! Love it!The songs are good, the features around the lyrics learning are good.

3. If you are a music person, this has all of the potential to make learning another language a completely addictive experience! I am totally hooked and loving it! It still has quite a few frustrating points (hence the lower rating), but pick a favorite song, do the lessons, and have a blast from there.

4. The only one down side to it is the excessive amount of ads in the free version , every time you finish, discard or start an activity, there is a 6 seconds add.I love this app overall! I really do feel like it's helped my listening comprehension in Spanish.

5. I recommend learning the words in the target language, then look up the translation elsewhere.

6. First of all, all the translations I checked (German to English) had serious mistakes and were either translated by Google Translate or by a student with no real grasp of the language.

7. One song I tried had lesson answers in later lessons where the "correct" answer was a mishmash of English and the target language.

8. It's better if the user is sure of his vocabulary a bit, and just needs to up their listening and fluency skills.I wanted to love this but it doesn't work well in practice.

1. Fix Sounter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sounter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sounter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sounter" » Open Sounter: Fun Language Learning » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sounter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sounter: Fun Language Learning app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sounter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sounter: Fun Language Learning" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sounter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sounter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sounter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sounter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sounter not working

2. Fix Sounter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sounter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sounter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sounter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
