1. Very frustrating that there isn't a better troubleshooting guide.I have my Moxi jump R hearing aids paired, now Bluetooth streaming no longer works on my Samsung S21 phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Unitron Remote Plus Issues

1. Fix Unitron Remote Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Unitron Remote Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Unitron Remote Plus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unitron Remote Plus" » Open Unitron Remote Plus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unitron Remote Plus » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Unitron Remote Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unitron Remote Plus servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unitron Remote Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Unitron Remote Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unitron Remote Plus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Unitron Remote Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unitron Remote Plus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unitron Remote Plus not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unitron Remote Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

I've owned and used the unitron plus app with my hearing aids now for almost 2 years. As of the last 2 months the app hasn't been working properly. I have to often uninstall and re-install the app for it to half way function. The app offers 4 different programs to select hearing choices and won't switch from one to another unless I uninstall and reinstall. A real pain when you are in a restuarant and have to take your hearing aids out and reconnect. I've tried solving the problem by resetting my samsung s9 and evening clearing cache. No luck. This app in juction with the hearing aids has worked great until about 2 months ago. I even tried a new set of hearing aids from audiologist. Must be app. Any Help?

Bluetooth connectivity. Hearing aids turn on and off randomly. Very frustrating. Tried everything to reboot, reinstall app, reset. Nothing works.
