1. I get a text, and my aids reset to default, and now I can't hear! And it takes FOREVER to reconnect the app to set it back for the meeting! This is maddening, and it simply MUST be fixed!I've been using this app to control my hearing aids for about 6 months now.
2. It is sad that there has not been an app update given the number of problems in the last 5+ months.The app works reliably to control my hearing aids.
3. After confirming that the hearing aids are paired in the app, the app then tells you you need to pair within the OS for streaming.
4. Now won't connect to hearing aids I see that others have had same issue AND INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ISSUE, they give a long, link that has to be typed in.
5. Now I cannot hear my phone calls through my hearing aids, yes I have done all the suggested repairs listed.
6. First with the bad - It's a little slow to connect to my hearing aids - sometimes it takes several seconds.
