1. This is a video player that support SMI, SRT, SBV and SSA subtitle file.

2. SMI, SRT, SBV and SSA file have to exist at same place with movie file. if you have a /sdcard/AAA. mp4, SMI file name must have /sdcard/AAA. smi.

Can you guys make an option to lock it on portrait mode while playing videos without making the videos changes to panorama mode randomly please? 😁I have Samsung galaxy tablet E but I can't open YouTube with soulmovie app please fix the problem I don't know why its not working it says fix your internet connection but I already have a great WiFi signal so what's wrong I don't get it ..Very quick and lite.

Also when changes are made on the folders from file manager, the changes do not take effect on the app folder display.Super app,which is best I find for watching with subtitles because i watch videos for study purpose and this app is just less Than a 6mb and works amazing for subtitles support to videos.

3. The app should be able to detect and play audio files with subtitles also, like music with lyrics.

1. Fix Soul Movie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Soul Movie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Soul Movie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Soul Movie" » Open Soul Movie » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Soul Movie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Soul Movie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Soul Movie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Soul Movie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Soul Movie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Soul Movie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Soul Movie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Soul Movie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Soul Movie not working

2. Fix Soul Movie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Soul Movie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Soul Movie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Soul Movie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
