1. Seems like they went backwards 5 years.Keeps timing out ...I can't get one thing all the way filled out I tried 4 times one time it had to update in the middle of my loan application....I'm starting to wonder if I should switch banks because so far they have made banking harder... false advertisingMeh.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Community Financial Issues

1. Fix Community Financial Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Community Financial: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Community Financial App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Community Financial" » Open Community Financial Mobile » click "Update".

  3. Clear Community Financial Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Community Financial servers.
