1. Seems like they went backwards 5 years.Keeps timing out ...I can't get one thing all the way filled out I tried 4 times one time it had to update in the middle of my loan application....I'm starting to wonder if I should switch banks because so far they have made banking harder... false advertisingMeh.
2. Very easy to deposit checks with 2 pictures, fast balance check, easy to transfer money between accounts and make payments to loan.
3. As I explore and use the app, it will remain to be seen if the app warrants an increase in stars.App works well, but I'd prefer it if, after enough failed attempts, the fingerprint login fell back to the phone's PIN instead of locking the user out completely.
4. The only down side is that at times it gives this error of not being able to sign you in which is fustrating especially if you need to turn on your debit card to make a payment.Update to unfavorable review.
5. It puts a huge delay on my bills and personal life for NO REASONNew updated app removed the setup for instant text notification on credit card purchases.
6. Just updated everything so we shall see how the rest is! Update a week later...after trying to log in at least 10 times and it not working I can not login to both accounts and they are saved.

8. I moved to Tennessee and still use community financial for everything because they are great!Can't even open the app, the app consistently closes with a second of trying to open it.
9. Having to redo biometrics is annoying and it's surprisingly easy to rack up attempts with certain devices.would rate a zero if I could.
