1. I have an account with Blue Bikes NOLA I've researched further and discovered that cellphones are only offered access to bike networks in their home area.

2. The app often keeps "loading" hubs locations and status, refuses to use a credit card as RFID key, etc, don't have space left here...Unless you're under a free promo you'll end up being charged a lot of money to use rickety bikes with useless technology attached to them.

3. I got an almost $500 charge to my account, and I can't reach anyone to dispute this.Rubbish. I'm in New Orleans but wants me to select a bike network from a list of networks in ENGLAND.

4. I've found a few days times I've reserved a bike, the bikes don't work or connect and I lose the deposit fee.

10. The "find me" option on the bottom right that looks like a target doesn't do anything 90% of the time...Before arriving in Brighton I thought I could rely on this cycle network to get around.

1. Fix Social Bicycles Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Social Bicycles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Social Bicycles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Social Bicycles" » Open Social Bicycles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Social Bicycles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Social Bicycles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Social Bicycles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Social Bicycles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Social Bicycles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Social Bicycles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Social Bicycles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Social Bicycles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Social Bicycles not working

2. Fix Social Bicycles Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Social Bicycles be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Social Bicycles not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Social Bicycles may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
