1. The OUIGO app is very limited and not at a level of many other rail apps across Europe.I had to rebook due to Covid travel restrictions in December 2021 and the rebooking process on OuiGo is ridiculously expensive and scammer! I paid €83 for my tickets originally, changed to a later dates where the ticket costs below €30, and still had to pay €20 changing fees.
2. And no feedback from Les mesieures francoiseA railroad app should be able to provide the following tasks: - To book a ticket - Displaying booked tickets (including car and seat number) - Indicating from which platform the train leaves - Showing train delays - and being available in different languages (at least English).
3. Changing tickets cost as much aas the ticket itself, even if it's advertised for free.Untrustworthy!!!!!! I've been trying to get in touch with customer service because I had an emergency but all in vain, there's no way you can postpone or cancel.
4. When I arrived from Australia to France and attempted to log in to the app the following error appears: "Oops, something went wrong... there was a problem creating your account" (I was attempting to log in not to create account).
5. The management needs to see this: their company is losing money because of this! 18/5/23: yeah still very poor: try to create an an account - won't let you login - even though I created account and confirmed email.
6. The OUIGO app does only one of the above: one can book a ticket.
7. It does not display the booked ticket including the bar code.
8. I'll stick to the website as the app is junk.Does not accept international phone numbers no matter how you format.
9. I bought a train ticket from Ouigo.
10. Then, once account created on the website, can't log in using the app: "Oops, Something Went Wrong".
11. Seems like it is caught in an infinite loop, I login and accept the terms and it again comes back to the login page.
