Pegipegi Customer Insights

1. It said that you can cancel the bookings, but they didn't mention clearly about the administration fee, and the refund that would take time for 30-45 days! On other apps, I just have to hit cancel button, no admin fee, no charges on my billing in the first place.Bad app, need rescheduled but given the same price as new ticket.

3. Need very much improvement!!The first used this app, and tbh I don't really trust this because the review mostly really bad, but with Bismillah I booked the flight ticket from Bangkok to Singapore and find the cheapest price from the other app also used the coupon from my Im3.

5. And we got a call around MIDNIGHT before check-in day, saying that the hotel was full and we were given two choices, to refund or book other hotels from their list,which were wayyy lower grade than the previous hotel!! And this happened TWICE.

6. I tell you guys, NEVER use this app on peak season!This app has the best in terms of price, but in terms of service, it really is disappointing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pegipegi Issues

1. Fix Pegipegi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pegipegi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pegipegi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pegipegi" » Open Pegipegi - Flights, Hotel, Bus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pegipegi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pegipegi - Flights, Hotel, Bus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pegipegi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pegipegi - Flights, Hotel, Bus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pegipegi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pegipegi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pegipegi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pegipegi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pegipegi not working


2. Fix Pegipegi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pegipegi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pegipegi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pegipegi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
