1. I have an app that I use when I travel that helps me locate gas stations with non-ethanol fuel, however, trying to get the two apps to quickly help me find what I need is challenging.Great app! Easy to use.

2. Thank you Upside!Easy to use, and no hassel! The only feature I wish was available is that places you frequently stop could be automatically linked to process, rather than having to open the app to claim the offer.

3. Edit: the original card does work, it just takes some time to show up.Unable to use app because it won't let me add any cards.

4. It's literally free money,I like the convience of the app, there were a couple of my fuel purchases that didn't go thru and I didn't realize it immediately and they had "expired" so I couldn't see what the issue was.

1. Fix Upside Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Upside: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Upside App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Upside" » Open Upside: Cash Back - Gas & Food » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Upside » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Upside: Cash Back - Gas & Food app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Upside servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Upside: Cash Back - Gas & Food" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Upside app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Upside might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Upside. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Upside then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Upside not working

2. Fix Upside Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Upside be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Upside not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Upside may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
