1. Get ready for a wave of pissed off users.Glitchy to say the least, poor navigation, doesn't let you rebook a previous visit, have to start from scratch, I use it because it works if you know the work around, which is an awful app experience if you need to figure out the work around.
2. 😱😱😤 Hoping the bugs get sorted quickly.Constant crashes and recently started this OneKey rewards function but not available until July, but the app has the option to use the credits and then disappears during checkout.
3. I'll be using Priceline.Like the other reviews, this newer version constantly crashes and the touch area aren't accurate.
4. It is buggy, and simply doesn't work half the time.
5. You'll lose most of your customers with this lack of care.I have enjoyed using this app previously, and have booked numerous trips over the last several years.
6. There doesn't appear to be a "what's around" section anymore which is huge becuase I like staying near metro stations or airports.
7. Whatever background coding was done to bring the app to the new rewards program has made this app a buggy mess.. it was not ready for primetime.
8. I've developed online software for business and this app is NOT user friendly in the least.At one time this app was dependable, and simply fantastic.
9. C'mon - get your team together and fix this thing.Easy to use for booking, though if you make a mistake with dates or location or duplicate a reservation and try to correct it, the process is impossible.
10. I also suggest pay at hotel option because twice in the past few weeks, I payed at booking and the hotel charged my card again.
11. I'd touch list option and it keeps opening up the hotel that is select, etc.
