We have also tried to use polling feature but not satisfied with it as there are many bugs.Its very easy to use and manage society activity.Have been using from 3months, very well managed to bring multimodule components into single app, Needs improvement in UI and needs small tweaks to be the lead in the segment.

2. Hard to use and update.Update - This app is so bad that when a broadcast message was sent by the admin I could not view my account and every time I hit the back button it would take me to my account balance page for a second and then show me the broadcast message.

3. Even after giving lot of time to fix those issue to the app developers after we contacted them , issues still did not resolve and finally we gave it up and switch to manual payment in society.

1. Fix SnB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SnB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SnB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SnB" » Open SnB - Housing Society Mgmt App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SnB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SnB - Housing Society Mgmt App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SnB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SnB - Housing Society Mgmt App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SnB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SnB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SnB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SnB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SnB not working

2. Fix SnB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SnB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SnB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SnB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
