1. Other than the app, everything else is fine except it tells you it'll ship your items if you spend $35+ but $80 in pickup doesn't count?!?! I need $35 shipping alone? No thank you Target and Walmart are available.App seems to be kind of glitchy.

2. The coupon list still shows the items as being in my shopping list, I just don't know where.Difficult to navigate.

9. The mobile coupons are so hard to read; not showing the full name of the product and a small picture that can't be zoomed.

10. The newest issue with this app is that it tells you that you can modify your order but when you try to modify it, there's no place to add items and it always wants you to make a new pick up order.

11. I have trouble +/- items/quantity to a list once I get in the parking lot or am in the store.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smith's Issues

1. Fix Smith's Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smith's: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smith's App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smith's" » Open Smith's » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smith's » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smith's app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smith's servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smith's" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smith's app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smith's might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smith's. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smith's then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smith's not working


2. Fix Smith's Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smith's be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smith's not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smith's may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
