Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix OfferUp Issues
1. Fix OfferUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart OfferUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the OfferUp App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OfferUp" » Open OfferUp: Buy. Sell. Simple. » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OfferUp » click "UPDATE".
- Clear OfferUp: Buy. Sell. Simple. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OfferUp servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OfferUp: Buy. Sell. Simple." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check OfferUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OfferUp might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall OfferUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OfferUp then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OfferUp not working
2. Fix OfferUp Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OfferUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OfferUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OfferUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

It has been months & you still haven't addressed the issue with my $30 refund for the counterfeit "KVD Lippies" that were sold to me by Christina. She admitted they were fake & refused my refund. When I tried to resell them, you took the post down BC they were "counterfeit". I emailed you NUMEROUS times & never got a response but u keep sending me junk emails to buy stuff. I HAVE ALL THE MESSAGES BETWEEN HER AND I, THE EMAILS TO U N I WANT MY MONEY BACK BC SHE RIPPED ME OFF.
My account was unfairly banned, I was in the middle of a legitimate transaction (banks approved), Tru Member, shipping through offer up. Then all of a sudden my account was banned. I am not scamming or trying to break the rules. Please help.
