1. I've lost my delivery time taking so long to check out.Being disabled with issues of inability to physically get out to a store to walk up and down the aisles to get what I need as well as see what new items might be out is really frustrating for me.
2. They also haven't really thought through about staffing for curbside delivery, but that is not an app issue.The app is great but I'm giving 3 stars because there is no result coming when running a search into your purchase history.
3. For example, Poland spring water bottles I ordered last week is appearing in my history but, when I search "water" or "Poland spring" in my purchase history, the app can't find anything.The quality/reliability has gone down.
4. But I hate paying for the service + tipping for every delivery, just to have to go to a store myself to get unexpired/missing items.Pretty bad app, with lots of glitches and poor programming.
5. It has happened multiple times.)Check-In Issues: The app was working great, but for the past few months, I'm having issues checking in for my pickups.
6. I have to wave an employee down to grab my order if I'm not able to go into the store (several kids in tow).The app is usually great.
7. All done with no pain!After having a terrible experience on their website (no "add" option for items and then no "checkout" option from the cart), thought I'd try their app... Should have known better.
8. (Had I known the particular item was not being delivered, I would have postponed/canceled the whole order.
9. And sometimes there are just items missing alltogether.. When I do find issues, they are good about getting me refunded.
10. I look through the window of my screen device and am able to see and order everything I need and some that I find I want.
11. I'm paying nearly $20 extra between service fee and driver tip.I have all my groceries delivered by Walmart.
