1. If not on time, the delivery is early.Hit or miss if you get the correct item or not.. There does not seem to be any quality control between the sellers and Souq, meaning if you receive the wrong item, then you have to process a refund and buy that item again.

2. There has to be a filter option for the seller name, as i know some sellers who i already trust and want to jump to their products in my search.

1. Restart Souq.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Souq.com" » Open Souq.com » click "Update".
