There is either wait for the item or ask for a refund and it asks for a picture of the item in order to be able to request a refundJust started using this app and some of the activities in it are a little confusing at first but after a few times I am starting to get it best part is the cheap prices on stuff I have been looking for & the shipping time is shorter then other stores like this but the thing I hate is when they show a price it's usually a different one after u pick the size.

2. the items you can find are great shipping is much faster than wish generally with about the same kind of prices.They do not ship on time.

3. I suggest you use the wish app or AliExpress app because they actually work and great items with prices that are very affordable.I like this app but I had several things saved in my wishlist and now there is nothing.

4. The great deal is they have free shipping, which could account for the higher prices on some of the products.

5. Still don't trust it 100% enough to enter my credit card info so I have used my PayPal to purchase it...let's see if item #2 arrives lol.. Shipping didn't take that long either, about 2 weeks.I have yet to order.

6. I'm going to uninstall, first, get refunded!I had the app in the past, deleted it after ordering and only receiving less than half of my orders and didn't receive a refund for the items that never arrived.

7. I just hope the merchandise isn't on par with cost.items are harder to find, auction items almost always start out at a higher bid price than if you were to buy them outright.

8. Kinda cheap looking when it arrived but for less than a nickel and free shipping couldn't complain.

9. Uninstalling immediately.Haven't gotten to use it much yet, but if the quality of products surpasses the low cost, it's great.

10. While the grouping is generally okay, there are a lot of repeated items from different vendors without a way to link products & compare.

1. Fix Vova Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vova: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vova App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vova" » Open Vova » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vova » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vova app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vova servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vova" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vova app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vova might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vova. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vova then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vova not working

2. Fix Vova Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vova be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vova not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vova may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
