Would be good some more clear guidance and then a 4 or even 5 atar couod be on the wayThe software is very good but there is just a single think that is bad, it doesn't persist the changes if you close the app, they need to fix thisIt is working as it should now!!I can find a deviceNew version is buggy, not reliable for any emergency.

2. So it means if your server is down I can't use my lights? What the hell! I won't never buy a device of this brand anymore.It suddenly stopped working with Alexa skills.

3. I don't recommend these products at all!!!So far good, but, the Alexa module is unnastable, the watch keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth, I can connect the app to Google fit and it fibrates lol the time.

4. All the lights stopped work from my Google home, I open de vta app and figured out the lights stopped work there as well.

5. I figured out that the server was down because my home configuration didn't appear nor weather and other data.

7. At the morning it was working again and the weather and home data appeared again.

8. Out of the blue it simply won't sync and it doesn't work with voice commands.

9. Tried unlinking and linking again has just been imposible!!! Really frustrating.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VTA+ Issues

1. Fix VTA+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VTA+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VTA+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VTA+" » Open VTA+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VTA+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VTA+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VTA+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VTA+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VTA+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VTA+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VTA+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VTA+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VTA+ not working


2. Fix VTA+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VTA+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VTA+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VTA+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
