Why should I report an Issue with WETA Classical?

1. A very busy app with links to podcasts, a sleep/alarm function I haven't played with, but if you want to leave the playlist opened to follow along with very Complete information, that's easy enough.I love having all my WETA info in one place, and it's great to have easy access to all the features--Opera House, Classical Breakdown, etc.

2. Also a widget for the app would be appreciated for Android or Android play on my car.Great calming, relaxing music for my soul.Until recently, one could see the entire playlist for the day.

3. Not to miss!Good music, just a bit clunkyThis is a better experience than listening to the station on a portable radio being overpowered by other closer stations.

4. Under the scroll is a link for the day's playlist, which opens in the app, and the list shows all the performers.

5. What is the use of what has played? Why would I bother to tune in when I have no idea of what is on offer? A very good feature removed and I have no use for the app anymore.

6. One big improvement I'd like to see: when I go to the Playlist, take me right to what's playing now, so I don't have to scroll ad infinitum.

7. If you use the timer to turn off the music, the app does not start correctly the next time you open the app.

8. Any lover of Classical Music must pass by the Nation's WETA Classical.

9. If you run device care and clean memory, it opens correctly the first time.

10. Like the darned website, the scroll doesn't provide the name of the performer.

1. Fix WETA Classical Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WETA Classical: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WETA Classical App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WETA Classical" » Open WETA Classical » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WETA Classical » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WETA Classical app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WETA Classical servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WETA Classical" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WETA Classical app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WETA Classical might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WETA Classical. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WETA Classical then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WETA Classical not working

2. Fix WETA Classical Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WETA Classical be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WETA Classical not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WETA Classical may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
