1. Every time I click on size access tab in app it closes the appBuggy and useless! Their website promise app exclusive deals, but it's purely an information harvesting ploy to upsell whenever they have new products.

2. Keep getting emails and notifications to sign up to Size? access for exclusive offers, yet whenever I click the link to do it, the app crashed and closes.

3. Please sort this out Size? as you're disenfranchising a significant portion of your potential custome rvasr through lazy app design and upkeep!!Very poorly designed, hard to navigate, filters frequently don't work and nor do "sort by" features.

4. Constantly tells me to log for benefits but I'm already logged in then it crashes.The popups on images saying it's recommended because xx number of people looked at it recently (who cares????) is the stupidest thing I saw for a long time.

5. Other brands are shown, and when I try to search Nike products, the site tells me that it can't find what I'm looking for.The App is a great tool to search on products.

6. Stick to the website when making a purchase.Terrible app, it allows you to order but no function to follow up on orders and contact customer service, especially in covid times.

7. Avoid!Click on a link in the app and it just closes itself, absolutely useless.App is no good if you are in the United States.

8. Makes finding what you're after tricky and browsing by criteria sometimes impossible.Awful. Receive a notification I'm interested in, tap it and then the app has nothing to show.

9. I placed an order more than a week ago and been fighting to get in touch with someone as i paid for express delivery.

10. It partially blockes the image and hangs there for long seconds and it's very frustrating when you try to browse thru hundreds of items.App is bugged after most recent fix.

11. Had no problem using it on the computer, but Nike products don't show.

1. Fix size? Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart size?: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the size? App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "size?" » Open size? » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for size? » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear size? app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from size? servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "size?" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check size? app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, size? might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall size?. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall size? then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing size? not working

2. Fix size? Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make size? be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to size? not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, size? may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
