1. Sorry but i am still upset.I have just updated the application and lost all the old recorded data (more than 2 years), and the settings were reset! I am so upset and disappointed! This is not an update, this is a disaster! And now a developer will come and say sorry to hear that! Really!! You have lost your customers trust...such a shame... By the way, neither clearing the cache nor restarting the device worked.
2. I decided to pay again as I have numerous data that I don't want to lose again, but error msgHave used the paid app for years and it appears a recent update has caused the app to completely crash, won't open at all, this is a huge problem as all of the records of our finances are in here.
3. FRUSTRATION 🫤.Update: they did not fix the crash issue, so I lost all my data (8 years' worth).
4. Starting from scratch and getting exact amounts for everything is going to be a huge pain of our data was lost.
5. This morning, all my data and settings were gone!!!! I updated the app and restarted phone.
6. I noticed the app hadn't been updated in a few months so I switched to a different app last year.
7. Good app over all.This app has a bug, and I lost everything, I paid for the pro, and I am still waiting for the recovery.since 03/30/23 But nothing has been almost 3 months.
8. Easy to navigate plus I like that you could use a photo in the background instead of basic themes.I used the free version of the app for a while, then decided to upgrade to the pro.
9. At least the export to CSV works after the latest update so I was able to get my data out.
10. It shows the current balance for each account, but the running balance shown after each transaction is for ALL accounts combined.
11. Now have to dig all info up and start over with a different app or by hand.This would be a 5 if it had the option of showing a running balance for each account.
