1. I don't think Signia really cares.Uodate: Since the latest update to the app, my hearing aids no longer connect to my tv streaming device! Constantly have to uninstall/reinstall the app The directional setting does not remain at the settings I choose.

2. Also the healthy living doesn't work.My hearing aids fail to both connect and, quite often, one or both hearing aids will drop out of connection and sometimes I have to open up the app and get the connection back.

3. And the only way I've found to get it to come back is to close the program, reset both hearing aids, then reopen the program and HOPE it works I wish there was a more reliable program to use.

4. Update After having these hearing aids for 6 months, I still have problems with voices sounding tinny/nasally or lispy.

5. If I had to pay out of pocket I would not get these, the price is too steep for quality of product.The hearing aids work well, but the app, not so much.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Signia App Issues

1. Fix Signia App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Signia App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Signia App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Signia App" » Open Signia App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Signia App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Signia App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Signia App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Signia App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Signia App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Signia App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Signia App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Signia App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Signia App not working


2. Fix Signia App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Signia App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Signia App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Signia App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
