P. address, data speed etc on a separate 'Detailed Section' page. 'Hotspot Manager for Jiofi' is developed forJioFi M2S, JioFi 3 and JioFi 4 Hotspot.

1. Could you please assist me on this?Worst app, earlier it use to show list of connected device and were able to block them from using jiofi, now click on list of connected users asks username and password but after entering details keep on giving error by showing same page.

2. i used it for jiofi 4 JMR 1140 it didn't work for me...It's showing error and not displaying anything and saying data cannot be fetched as I'm using jiofi 3 it should come but it's showing error and more details option also showing error m not understanding why please team resolve this issue ASAP.

3. I want to track who is connected to my device at regular intervals but unable to see coz of this errorConnected my device to JioFi network.

4. There should be option for adjusting into 3g only, 4g only in manual mode etc.Overall app works well as i wanted it to work but permanent notification feature is not working, it doesn't updates it self.

5. There is no option for sending any complaint for it, in the app either a complete waste of time and data😠😠 Worst app I ever use in my life.most disappointing app available in the market don't even think about downloading it.

6. of users connected, connection time and signal strength which is always same no matter how strong or poor the signal are.

8. By mistake, I log out and now I can't even login back, it is very very annoying as there is no option for forgot password or e-mail or reset.

1. Fix Hotspot Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hotspot Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hotspot Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hotspot Manager" » Open Hotspot Manager for JioFi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hotspot Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hotspot Manager for JioFi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hotspot Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hotspot Manager for JioFi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hotspot Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hotspot Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hotspot Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hotspot Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hotspot Manager not working

2. Fix Hotspot Manager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hotspot Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hotspot Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hotspot Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
