Why should I report an Issue with Skedio: Easy Vector Drawing?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Shturmsoft, LLC to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. There is no helpful hint the first time you use a function, so figuring out the text box and insert picture functions took a minute (touch the function then touch the drawing area with your finger instead of your stylus).There is also no fill function, you can't change the background once you've chosen it, and you cant save it as very many file types.WHITE ONLY? What happened to the easy-on-the-eyes dark theme? And the sketch selection menu icons are HUGE! I find this unusable as it is.

2. 👍👌😃Great app but I have one little problem when exporting the work Weather it is svg or png, I get a menu of apps and the file manager is not listed, only google drive is there .. so I have to export to Google drive, then download it on every export ): Is there a solution easier than that, I am using a Samsung tabletLove this app! Simple vector drawing, great for recording your ideas, particularly good for making freehand sketches that you can then edit.

3. But there are a few additions I think are still desperately needed: 1.) Ability to snap points together seamlessly (like using the line tool to snap to the edge of another line) 2.) smart guides like ps! smart aligning guides to help keep things perfectly porportional & symmetrical, (along with symmetry tools, so we can make fast mirrored logos) 3.) a simple fill tool! 👍 then it's best vector app ever!!I have thoroughly enjoyed this app I do wish that it received more updates.

4. Until the smaller, manageable icons and a DARK theme come back, there will be no more updates to my hardware for this.Since adobe killed it's drawing app, I've been downloading a bunch of apps looking for a replacement.

5. It's perfect for line art though.I rate 5 stars because this app does exactly what I need & I love how simple it is.

6. It's perfect for drawing mindmapds as it allows you to draw, write or use predetermined shapes whatever way you like in whatever direction you want.

7. It does not allow you to save your drawings to an account, and thus you cannot use the app synchronised across devices nor can you recover your drawings should you lose or brake your device, not even when buying the full option upgrade.

8. I've only been using it for 2 days, but it seems good so far except for a few things.

9. To the developer, adding in more selection to the available shapes, curves or arcs and implementing more advanced snapping options would be great.

10. I am going to have to go through the long process of saving out all my sketches, deleting the current version, installing the last previous version, and then re-import all my sketches.

11. My only true irritation with it is I wish it would retain the values that you set for the line width, text height etc.

1. Fix Skedio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skedio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skedio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skedio" » Open Skedio: Easy Vector Drawing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skedio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skedio: Easy Vector Drawing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skedio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skedio: Easy Vector Drawing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skedio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skedio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skedio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skedio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skedio not working

2. Fix Skedio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skedio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skedio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skedio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
