The reason I gave it 4 stars because It asked money for the katakana😑😑 I would be glad if u can fix it.It's really a great application to learn Japanese...but the most thing I didn't like the twin you have to learn katakana you have to pay money 🙄 but I love it so much ❤️it is helpful for those starting to learn Nihongo and convenient for those who have hectic schedule that going to a learning center is not an option.This app is very good and easy to understand.

2. My wife approves of the app and shes Japanese 😄i love it.....,..it's so helpful and easy to learn I'm trying to purchase the premium but it's not letting me ads my card.

3. Please add the option to hide the romanji and much longer memory test including all hiragana and the app is 5 stars.Hiragana is good but katakana requires purchase of premium of $4.

4. We should only be allowed to proceed to the next test if we get full marks, this will increase the user's learning.The app is nice and easy to use.

5. It does a good job at teaching hiragana and word to go with each sound, but you have to pay to continue learning.very well done .

6. I don't have other card.This app works offline (without Internet) and it teaches you how to read hiragana with words.

1. Fix KanaKana Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KanaKana: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KanaKana App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KanaKana" » Open KanaKana - Hiragana Katakana » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KanaKana » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KanaKana - Hiragana Katakana app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KanaKana servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KanaKana - Hiragana Katakana" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KanaKana app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KanaKana might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KanaKana. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KanaKana then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KanaKana not working

2. Fix KanaKana Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KanaKana be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KanaKana not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KanaKana may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
