(Which is why I end up going to the place after I ordered and just wait a little before going in and grabbing my drink) other than that it works like a charmI signed up for the monthly tea pass twice, and it keeps disappearing or I don't know where I can find out how to get the 2 free drinks a month.

2. I also like the rewards system the app has.I find this app great for bubble tea lovers!! I get bubble tea very often and for a monthly subscription of 5.99 I get 1 free drink for every drink that I buy within the month which is quite alot of savings :) Plus, you can get cash credits in your wallet when there are promotions.

3. It adds an extra inconvenient step for no good reason.The app works as intended but it's awful how you can only add money in increments of $5, so there's almost always leftover cash in your account but not enough to buy a drink.

4. I wouldn't recommend this app until they all you to only spend the exact amount of money needed.Definitely the best boba ordering experience I've ever had.

5. If you guys could update your locations as this app is useless to me and we have Boba on the dailyOrdering so far has worked seamlessly, stores seem to get them and have the drinks ready when we arrive.

8. You cannot directly pay with credit card, which is a basic function any online ordering would offer.

1. Fix TPass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TPass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TPass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TPass" » Open TPass - Order Bubble Tea » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TPass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TPass - Order Bubble Tea app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TPass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TPass - Order Bubble Tea" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TPass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TPass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TPass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TPass then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TPass not working

2. Fix TPass Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TPass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TPass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TPass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
