1. I know this service is still growing, but you should just remove the app until it works outside your home network.App constantly shows "media playback error." - OnePlus 7 Pro, Oxygen OS 11.0.0.2.GM21AASeldom works.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Glo Fiber TV Issues

1. Fix Glo Fiber TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Glo Fiber TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Glo Fiber TV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glo Fiber TV" » Open Glo Fiber TV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glo Fiber TV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Glo Fiber TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glo Fiber TV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glo Fiber TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Glo Fiber TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glo Fiber TV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Glo Fiber TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glo Fiber TV then reinstall.

Why do all the sports channels freeze and pause? Channel 3846 nbcsportschicago and 3835 marquee constantly glitch and freeze
